Your neck is often one of the first places to show signs of ageing, and it's the bit most of us forget to look after. As we hit perimenopause and menopause, falling oestrogen means we lose collagen fast, and the delicate skin on the neck starts to look crepey, lined and less firm. No amount of moisturiser is going to fix that on its own.

This bespoke treatment is designed to smooth, firm and hydrate your neck. It combines microneedling, which kickstarts your skin's own collagen production, with injectable skin boosters that give it a deep drink of hydration from within. Together they target crepiness, fine lines and loss of elasticity for a smoother, fresher looking neck.

A third session gives your skin an extra collagen boost and helps build on your results. Just let me know at your consultation and I'll add it to your treatment plan.

Comfort and downtime

I want your treatment to be as comfortable as possible, so I apply numbing cream at least 20 minutes before we start.

Downtime is minimal. Your neck may look red and feel a little warm or tight for 24 to 48 hours, a bit like mild sunburn, and you may notice small bumps from the skin boosters, which settle within a day or two. As with any injectable treatment, there is a risk of bruising, so I'd avoid booking right before a big event. I'll talk you through all of this and your aftercare at your consultation.
