Order processing
Orders are processed within 1 business days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and bank holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not ship to PO boxes.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch. If you have not received your tracking details within 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Delayed or lost orders
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, adverse weather, or high demand periods. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your dispatch notification, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Incorrect address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. H.A. Skin Clinic cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
